Wekîl Mustafayev

Wekîl Mustafayev (born 1938 in the Osh Province, Kyrgyzstan) was the ex-Prime Minister of the proclaimed and short-lived Lachin Kurdish Republic during the Nagorno-Karabakh War, before being exiled to Italy.^[1]
